One of Volgograd’s leading construction companies. Founded in 1996, the company became part of the Sinara Group in 2008, and merged into the Sinara-Development divisional holding in April 2009. KOM-BUILDING performs the entire range of construction and installation jobs to create comfortable housing and public facilities - from project development and engineering to commissioning.

The company’s key difference from other developers in the Volgograd Region is its interest in contemporary comprehensive projects that combine in a balanced way the comfort of urban housing, environmental concerns and expression of individuality.

The company has implemented more than 15 projects in the city of Volgograd and its region, constantly raising the bar for quality and comfort. Currently, KOM-BUILDING is particularly proud of its two under-construction projects: the Novy Svet residential area in the Sovetsky district of Volgograd and the Bukatin Lug low-rise housing complex in a suburb of Krasnoslobodsk. The development and construction of these housing projects takes into account the balancing of new technologies, modern materials, comfortable layouts and time-tested solutions.
